I was asked to create a social media post for Giving Tuesday.
My task was to create a social media post for Giving Tuesday on Instagram and Facebook. The goal was to encourage people to donate to the Sailing School. I began by researching what types of posts would resonate with potential donors. I decided to include quotes from students who have been in the program to illustrate how the Sailing School has positively impacted them. I selected or created visual content that supported the message and made the post eye-catching and informative. Finally, I scheduled the post for maximum impact in order to increase donations, raise awareness of the charity or cause, and drive engagement on social media. This project required a creative approach, attention to detail, and effective communication in order to inspire action and make a positive impact.
